To reset label printer after POWER LOSS, press & hold feed button until it blinks twice. 

If you have a solid green light but LABELS DON'T PRINT,  try plugging cable into another port on your computer.  --  Once corrected, keep using that port.

 CLEAN PRINTER AT EVERY RIBBON CHANGE: Gently rub an alcohol wipe across the printhead, repeating until no more dirt comes up with a fresh wipe. Also clean the roller and generally wipe down the interior of the machine.
